Lead Business Analyst



Lead Business Analyst.



Salary; From £19.60 Paye per hour.



Salary; To £23.91 Ltd per hour.



Start Date; ASAP.



Our client is approximately half way through its CRM Rollout and needs to deliver an upgraded version of its Northgate Front Office software application.



We are seeking an additional analyst to support this migration.



The job role is likely to include:



•Reviewing and confirming the “As is” processes.



•Understanding user requirements.



•Evaluating CRM Services following migration to the new environment and conducting gap analysis exercises.



•Walking users and service managers through future processes to secure agreement and sign on.



•Providing developers with work packages and negotiating development times in line with priorities.



•Testing new functionality, integration etc.



•The job can at times be quite pressurised and may require work outside of normal office hours.



Candidate Profile Incl:



Essential Qualifications/Skills, (CRB/registration with specific bodies) etc



Preferable local authority and CRM experience with a proven ability in:



•Low level process mapping.



•Conducting interviews and workshops



•Creating detailed user and system requirement specification.



•Producing comprehensive test plans and scripts.



•Project planning and management.



•Production of training documentation and delivery of user training.



•Preferably team leadership and stakeholder management.
